- Manatee Memorial Hospital is a large and well-equipped hospital a short drive away from The Gardens. You can view this hospital on the map here.
- Tax Collector for Manatee County, view on map here. The Tax Collector’s office is close to The Gardens and is where the DMV is located.
- Groceries – There is a Publix supermarket down the road from the community! You can view where it is here.
