An Overview
The Gardens is a classic example of a modern Florida mobile home park. This community is as vibrant as any orange grove and as lively as the best neighborhood. Here in The Gardens you’ll find friendly people going about their day in the sunshine, enjoying the many fruits this park has to offer.
The Story of The Gardens
Parrish, FL can trace its roots back to before the American Civil War as a farming community. From 1841 to 1939 not much had changed, records from the early 20th century describe Parrish as a citrus-fruit and vegetable shipping center. As the surrounding area of Bradenton grew people sought a more quiet, albeit not remote, place to live. Parrish has developed into a premier residential community that offers the best of old Florida. However, it’s all within a short drive of the vibrant, modern Gulf Coast.

Home Owners Association
